First of all, I'd like to wish you all a very happy New Year. I hope you all enjoyed the festive season just gone. Thanks to everyone who viewed my December reviews, over 400 of you, which was a fantastic start for me in this new and exciting role. It was not long ago that we were talking about Norman Jay MBE on this very site. Jay, he of the enormous and well-deserved reputation in clubland, was topping off another amazing year with an appearance at London’s Supper Club. Now, Norman, and his Good Times soundsystem, is set to play his very own NYE party at the recently restored Battersea Arts Centre, SW11 5TN, from 9pm-6am.
