Relentless Energy Drink Freeze Festival Returns

Written by

The Relentless Energy Drink Freeze Festival is coming back to London in October, and there have been some changes made to the sporting activities to make it even more exciting. Of course, there is an amazing musical lineup as well, and Core brings you all of the details right here.

The 26th-27th October sees the return of Relentless Energy Drink Freeze. The Freeze Festival presents a weekend of snowboarding skiing and some amazing music, all inside the stunning Battersea Power Station in London.

This year’s event sees some big changes compared with previous events, with the aim of creating the ultimate Freeze experience. Festival goers will witness the International Snowboard Big Air Invitational along with ski and snowboard events and formats and a musical line-up unseen anywhere else.  What this means is that snowboarding at Freeze will now allow an unrestricted field to the UK’s only international snowboard event.

The music will be provided by a diverse line up of artists, headlined by two legendary names: Public Enemy and DJ Shadow. Add to these names those of Grandmaster Flash, and Mark Ronson and Zane Lowe making up Ay-Yo, you know you’ll be in for a musical journey. Freeze also offer Stanton Warriors, Future Disco and Vagabondz, amongst many others. There are many more artists to be confirmed before the event.

Freeze will also introduce best trick events in both snowboard and ski and the classic Europe vs The World Rider Cup also returns. There is a packed schedule of sports and other events going on throughout the two days, so make sure you check www.freezefestival.com for all details.
