Creamfields organisers have cancelled today's event due to heavy flooding at the festival site. Acts due to play were Deadmau5, Calvin Harris, Sub Focus and Core's very own Mark EG, playing a world exclusive Allen and Heath DB Series Xone Showcase set:
Huddersfield is fast becoming a hot bed for drum and bass and dubstep, with a constant stream of nights popping up putting out the heavy bass sound. MOB Sound System have been running parties in the town since the scene's early days, and they return from a break for the festival season on September 15th with signature Electronic Bass night Liquid.
One event you won’t want to be missing this month is Lockdown Festival. Held at the NDSM shipyard, the line-up they’ve crafted has to be the best of the summer for Holland’s bass minded.
