Core visits the BPM DJ/Music Production Conference

Written by

Last weekend saw the worlds largest event dedicated to DJing and electronic music production take place at the NEC, Birmingham. Of course, Core was at the conference and over the next few week's we'll be posting about the most exciting and innovative products we found.

All the huge equipment manufactures were present including Allen and Heath, Pioneer, Akai and Native Instruments. There was also some very exciting new ones and we'll be telling you about these very, very soon.

The first BPM took place at Donington Park Exhibition Centre back in 2007. Over 2200 visitors came for two days of equipment demonstrations, networking, seminars, workshops, live performances and DJ sets. A second show in 2008 firmly cemented BPM as a major event on the global DJ calendar and prompted the move to a bigger home at the NEC in the thriving city of Birmingham. Since the move, BPM has gone from strength to strength and BPM 2012 was the biggest yet. Stay tuned!
