Olexandr Prokhorenko (aka Minikin and originating from Kiev) is the talented DJ and producer that has been a key player on the Ukrainian bass scene for almost a decade now. Not only has his tracks been released on the home label BassMe records, but Minikin has also been featured on the giant Ministry of Sound label and also the Rag & Bone label.

Now Minikin is here with his latest EP Drugz which is a bass bomb that will rattle your guts and tickle your nostalgic heart.

Drugz is a two track EP consisting of the title track Drugz as well as the second track HardBass. Both tracks are as explosive as they are contagious, which makes them supreme dance floor blasters. Mixed into the rough and savage dubstep groove Minikin incorporates synths brought back from the 90’s, creating melodic chilled breaks in between the blasts of pure bass. Last but not least the one-word vocals give even more flavour to the tunes and unconsciously make you tag along in the mantra.
